In addition to its relationships with the funds, Starwood Capital Group, either directly or through its principals or affiliates, also makes proprietary real estate investments in or provides products and services related to the hospitality, recreational, luxury lifestyle retail and other industries. Thus, certain of the companies listed herein may have relationships with Starwood Capital or its principals or affiliates. Others may have relationships with the funds.
