Campus Recruiting 

Through our campus recruiting program, we hire a select group of highly motivated analysts and associates for our Greenwich and San Francisco offices. Our size and structure provides individuals with a high level of responsibility and the unique opportunity to work directly with senior management, joint venture partners, investment bankers, brokers, and commercial lenders in all real estate classes.
 

Analysts 

Qualified candidates typically have superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, strong academic records, high standardized test scores, a demonstrated interest in real estate and finance (e.g., internship), and an unyielding work ethic. We look for team-players who feel comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Associates 

Qualified candidates typically have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Private Equity and/or Investment Banking prior to completing an MBA program. We recruit individuals with a strong academic background and a demonstrated interest in real estate and finance. Superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, are required. We seek team-players who feel comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
